Disneyland Hotel Deals Winter 2027: Save Up to 20%

Quick answer: Disneyland Resort is taking up to 20% off select rooms at all four of its hotels for Sunday through Thursday nights from January 4 to February 25, 2027. You have to book by February 17, 2027, and Disney Visa cardmembers can save up to 30%.

Disneyland released this offer on November 3 (see Disneyland special offers), and it's one of the best ways to stay on property for less. Winter is already a cheaper time to visit, so this deal pairs nicely with lower ticket prices and shorter lines.

The fine print that trips people up

Families get caught by these rules every year, so read them first:

1. Friday and Saturday nights aren't discounted. If your stay runs over a weekend, those nights are full price. A Sunday-to-Thursday stay gets you the most savings.
2. Rooms are limited. Disney sets aside a set number of rooms for the offer. When they're gone, they're gone, even if the hotel still has rooms at full price.
3. The booking deadline comes first. You have to book by February 17, even though discounted nights run through February 25.
4. Restrictions apply. The discount is on select room types, and Disney's full terms apply. If you already have a reservation for these dates, reach out and I'll check whether the offer can help.
5. Tickets and park reservations are separate. The deal is for the room. You still need park tickets, and a hotel stay doesn't guarantee a park reservation.

Which Disneyland hotel should you pick?

All four hotels are a short walk from the parks, so you can head back for a midday break without fighting traffic or parking.

• Disneyland Hotel is the classic pick and has the monorail-themed pools kids love. Here's a quick look at the Disneyland Hotel from the Fun Park Go YouTube channel, and my full Disneyland Hotel review covers the rooms and perks.
• Grand Californian has its own entrance into Disney California Adventure, which is a huge time saver. These are my favorite Grand Californian hotel secrets.
• Pixar Place Hotel is usually the lowest-priced option, so 20% off makes it a strong value. It's packed with fun character moments too, like hugging Bing Bong in the lobby.
• The Villas at Disneyland Hotel are great for bigger families who want a kitchen and more space.

Why winter is a smart time for Disneyland

January and February are usually some of the slowest months of the year, apart from the Martin Luther King Jr. weekend (Monday, January 18, 2027) and Presidents' Day weekend (Monday, February 15, 2027). Lunar New Year falls on February 6, 2027, and Disney California Adventure usually holds its Lunar New Year celebration from late January into February, though Disney hasn't announced 2027 dates yet.

Keep in mind that winter is also refurbishment season, so a ride or two may be closed. Pack layers, because evenings get chilly. My Disneyland planning guide has more on park days, and these tips on how to save money at Disneyland will stretch your budget further.
