REFUND & BOOKING POLICY – FUN PARK GO

This Refund & Booking Policy explains how reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and travel changes are handled when booking travel services through Fun Park Go (“Fun Park Go,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) or through a Fun Park Go independent travel advisor (“Advisor”).By booking travel through Fun Park Go or using our Services, you agree to this policy.

1. FUN PARK GO IS NOT THE TRAVEL SUPPLIER

Fun Park Go does not own, operate, or control flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, rental cars, theme park tickets, transfers, insurance, or any other travel products or services (“Travel Products”).

These services are provided by third-party Travel Providers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance carriers, and ticket vendors.

Fun Park Go acts only as an intermediary between you, your Advisor (if applicable), and the Travel Provider.

Because of this:

  • Fun Park Go cannot control pricing, availability, cancellations, or refund decisions
  • Fun Park Go is not liable for Travel Provider actions, errors, or policies
  • Refunds and travel changes are subject to the Travel Provider’s terms, not Fun Park Go’s

2. INDEPENDENT ADVISORS – IMPORTANT NOTICE

Fun Park Go works with independent travel advisors who are independent contractors, not employees.

  • Advisors do not have authority to override Travel Provider policies
  • Advisors cannot approve refunds on behalf of Fun Park Go or Travel Providers
  • Advisors are responsible only for relaying information provided by the Travel Providers

Any issues regarding incorrect advice, booking errors, or lack of communication must be resolved directly with the Advisor and/or Travel Provider.

3. BOOKING TERMS & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

A. Deposits

Travel Providers may require non-refundable deposits to secure:

  • Cruise cabins
  • Resort packages
  • Theme park tickets
  • Group travel
  • Tours and excursions
  • Airline seats

Deposit amounts vary by supplier and will be disclosed prior to booking.

B. Final Payments

Most Travel Providers require full payment by a specific deadline.

If payment is not received on time:

  • Your booking may be canceled by the Travel Provider
  • Any previously paid deposits may be forfeited
  • Fun Park Go is not responsible for missed payment deadlines

C. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed:

  • Directly with the Travel Provider
  • Through a secure payment link supplied by your Advisor
  • Through a supplier payment portal

Fun Park Go does not store full credit card numbers.

4. CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations are subject to the Travel Provider’s cancellation policy, which may include:

  • Full refunds
  • Partial refunds
  • Travel credits
  • No refunds

Many travel products—especially theme park tickets, airfare, and cruises—are 100% non-refundable once purchased.

Cancellation fees may apply at different stages prior to travel.

Your Advisor will provide the applicable policy before booking.

5. REFUNDS

Refunds are not determined by Fun Park Go.

Refunds depend solely on the rules of the Travel Provider, including but not limited to:

  • Airlines
  • Hotels and resorts
  • Cruise lines
  • Tour companies
  • Transportation providers
  • Theme park ticket vendors
  • Insurance carriers

Important Notes:

  • Some Travel Providers offer future travel credits only, not cash refunds
  • Some bookings become fully non-refundable immediately after purchase
  • Processing times vary and may take 2–12 weeks depending on the supplier
  • Fun Park Go cannot expedite refunds or override supplier decisions
  • Advisors cannot issue refunds directly

Fun Park Go has no obligation to refund any amounts paid to a Travel Provider.

6. CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS

Changes to reservations—including dates, names, room categories, ticket types, or itinerary components—are subject to:

  • Supplier approval
  • Supplier change fees
  • Fare or price differences
  • Availability at the time of request

Some bookings cannot be changed once confirmed.

Fun Park Go does not charge change fees, but Travel Providers may.

7. TRAVEL CREDITS

If a Travel Provider issues a future travel credit instead of a refund:

  • The credit is governed by the supplier’s terms
  • Credits may have blackout dates, expiration dates, or usage restrictions
  • Credits may not be transferable
  • Fun Park Go cannot extend expiration dates
  • Credits must be used exactly as outlined by the supplier

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Fun Park Go strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against:

  • Trip cancellations
  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel delays
  • Lost or delayed luggage
  • Supplier bankruptcy
  • Natural disasters
  • Illness before or during travel

Insurance plans are provided by third-party insurance carriers and governed by their policies.

Insurance premiums are non-refundable after purchase unless otherwise stated by the carrier.

9. NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICIES

If you fail to arrive for a reservation (hotel, tour, shuttle, cruise embarkation, etc.):

  • You may forfeit the full cost
  • No refunds are issued for no-shows
  • Suppliers enforce strict arrival and check-in requirements

Fun Park Go is not responsible for missed flights, transportation delays, or inability to travel due to personal circumstances.

10. DOCUMENTATION & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid:

  • Passports
  • Visas
  • Identification documents
  • Vaccination certifications
  • Any other required entry materials

Refunds are not issued if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

11. FORCE MAJEURE (EVENTS OUT OF SUPPLIER CONTROL)

Most Travel Providers do not offer refunds for events outside their control, such as:

  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Political unrest
  • Travel restrictions
  • Airline or cruise disruptions
  • Labor strikes
  • Mechanical issues

Refunds, credits, or rebooking options are at the sole discretion of each Travel Provider.

Fun Park Go cannot override these decisions.

12. FUN PARK GO FEES

Fun Park Go typically does not charge service fees for standard bookings.

However, we reserve the right to charge fees for:

  • Customized itinerary planning
  • Group travel management
  • Rush itinerary changes
  • After-hours assistance
  • Research-only services
  • Booking transfers

All fees will be disclosed in advance and are non-refundable.

13. DISPUTES WITH TRAVEL PROVIDERS

Any dispute regarding:

  • Refund eligibility
  • Quality of service
  • Travel conditions
  • Lost bags
  • Cancellations
  • Fees
  • Overcharges

must be addressed directly with the Travel Provider, as Fun Park Go:

  • Has no control over their policies
  • Cannot force a refund
  • Cannot alter supplier decisions
  • Is not responsible for supplier performance

Your Advisor can assist you in communicating with the Travel Provider but cannot guarantee outcomes.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Fun Park Go is not responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures of Travel Providers or independent Advisors
  • Fun Park Go is not liable for losses due to supplier cancellations, schedule changes, or policy enforcement
  • Fun Park Go does not guarantee refunds, credits, upgrades, or rebooking options
  • Fun Park Go does not reimburse any out-of-pocket expenses

Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.
